At Costume Wonderland we offer a complete range of adult’s & children’s costumes & accessories for hire, guaranteeing you’ll look amazing! We’re open SUNDAYS to cater for busy schedules and we deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE. See our conditions below.

All costumes range from $95 for a basic outfit, up to $155 for a mascot costume. Usually expect to pay on average $115 for a full costume.
A costume hire price varies depending on the type & how many extra accessories you take with it.
What to bring with you:
- Drivers license or something with your current address
- Credit Card or $150 – $350 cash for a security bond. Sorry we don’t accept AMEX

Costume Hire Delivery Service
Introducing a new service to our customers.
We understand people have time restraints within their busy lives and it can be difficult picking up and/or returning your hired costumes. You may even live too far away . Well now you can choose to have your costume delivered to you.
Whether it’s a costume you’re hiring or buying, we can send your costume to anywhere in Victoria using Australia Post Express Post service. Costs can vary between $20-$75 depending on the weight of the costume.
The price of a costume for hire will incur an extra $30 fee which covers the extra time it’s away for.
EG: If it’s a weekend hire, the costume would be posted on Wednesday to allow 2 days, in case you live in an area outside the “Express Post Next Day Delivery zone”, to arrive on Friday for you to wear on the weekend. The costume must be Express Posted back on Monday for us to receive by Tuesday or Wednesday (if you are outside the Express Post Next Day Delivery zone), to ensure it’s back and cleaned in time for the next customer to pick up on Friday.
It we don’t receive the costume back by Tuesday or Wednesday, unfortunately it jeopardizes the hire for the next customer so a $10 per day fee is charged.

Alterations
Free Alterations!
If there’s a hire costume you absolutely love but it’s a bit big, too long or doesn’t quite fit right, we’ll alter it for you whenever possible, FREE of charge, to make you feel a million bucks in your outfit.
If you’re pre-booking a costume for a future date, we do the alteration during the week that you have booked it for.

We pride ourselves in offering dress up costumes in larger sizes in almost every category.

Group Fittings
If you are part of a group and hiring costumes for a function, please call us so we can arrange a suitable time with you to come in, as a group, to try the costumes on.
We will designate staff members to help you, in case alterations need to be made.
Unfortunately, we are not able to do fittings on a Saturday.

Group discounts!
We offer discounts to groups of 10+ people wanting to hire or purchase costumes and/or accessories, for an event or function.
