We understand people have time restraints within their busy lives and it can be difficult picking up and/or returning your hired costumes. You may even live too far away. Now Victorians can choose to have the costume delivered and returned to us, using the Australia Post Express Post Service. If a costume does not fit into any Australia Post packaging, it will not be able to be sent. You are welcome to arrange your own courier.

AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS POST

• Costs to send a HIRE costume each way, can vary between $26 -$55 depending on the weight and size of the costume.
• We provide the postage satchel/box and return shipping label.
• The costume must be Express Posted back the next business working day by lodging it at a post office so we receive the tracking number.

• Cost to send a PURCHASED product is the same as above.

Outside metropolitan areas delivery is between 2-3 business days.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, it won’t be covered by the Australia Post Next Day Guarantee.
